At Carpet Comfort Center, there’s always a friendly face to greet you and invite you in for a cup of coffee and a snack. They offer free refreshments to their customers and are willing to sit down any time of the day to discuss your remodeling needs.
On top of their caring attitude and world-class customer service, the staff at Carpet Comfort Center is committed to helping the community and people in need, believing that everyone deserves a helping hand.
Sandie Kerr, Owner, and Dale Moore have worked together for over 15 years. Dale is an expert at bridging the gap between the customers and the installers and is Sandie’s right-hand manager.
Sandie is originally from Peetz, Colorado and still lives there with her husband Jack. They enjoy spending time with family and friends and love to go 4-wheeling. In the summer, you’ll find them at the lake on the weekends.
Dale is a home-grown Sterling resident, appreciating the small town atmosphere. He is very knowledgeable about the flooring business and is the guy that comes to your house to measure before ordering your flooring.
Sandie is very family oriented and proud to have her grandson, Preston Kerr, working at the store. Preston is going to college with a focus on business and helps with daily operations, adding a fresh perspective to the company.
The installers at Carpet Comfort Center are top notch and reliable. Jerry Morrison and his son Trevor are creating magic at a new home in Sterling, Colorado. From preparation to clean up, our professional installers provide the quality you deserve and the dependability you can count on.
Sandie is community oriented, always helping others, and in January of 2017 she hosted the Miracle Letter Program’s Candy Cane. This is a non-profit organization that lends a hand to local families in need.
